Knits, voile, linen, other wide fabrics and pre cuts will be posted according to their weight, approximate charges as follows:

Postage is calculated by weight, any excess postage charges over $1 will be refunded when your order has been sent.

Signature on delivery is available for an extra $3 on all satchel sizes and insurance is also available, we require this to be paid before we post your order. If you would like to add either of these options to your order please leave a note during checkout and a separate PayPal invoice will b sent with the total amount due.

We do send parcels internationally, we use Australia Post air mail or a courier service to send your package. Please contact us if you would like an order to be sent internationally, we are happy to send you a postage quote or answer any further questions.

 

If we don’t have the full amount of the fabric you have ordered, we will contact you before sending anything out. We are happy to send what is available and refund the difference or you can opt for a full refund of the fabric if you prefer.

Usually 2-5 business days however if we are extremely busy it may take an extra couple of days. If you need an order quickly please let us know we will try to accommodate this as best we can.

All our payments are processed through PayPal. This gives you the option of either paying with your PayPal account or you can use a Credit Card and pay as a “guest”. We also accept payments via Afterpay, you can select this option during the checkout process.

We offer discounts for full bolt purchases on manufacturers we carry and can look into special ordering other lines for this purpose too. Bolts are generally anywhere from 7 meters to 14 meters depending on the manufacturer and the bolt discount is generally $3/m. Some lines in our store already have bolts available to purchase, especially in our pre-order section. If you can’t find the bolt you are looking for please contact us and we would be very happy to look into it for you.

Yes it is possible to do this although there is usually a minimum order amount to special order fabrics. If this is something you would like us to look into just let us know and we can see if it’s available to order in.

Not at this time but please check out our pre-cuts section which includes FQs, F8ths, Layer Cakes, Charm Packs, etc.

We don’t have a brick and mortar store so for now our shop is only available online. We do offer local pick up from Croydon Park by appointment, if you would like this option please chose pick up in the postage section and contact us to organise a time.

We do not usually cancel orders once they have been placed but when we do due to customer request a 25% termination and restocking fee will apply.

Laybys: A termination and restocking fee of 25% of the total will apply with any extra paid being refunded.

Pre-orders: due dates are an approximate time of when the fabric will land in Australia after that our suppliers have to sort the fabric and send it out to us which can take a few weeks. We do our best to try and get the fabric out to you within this time period but occasionally there can be delays due to the manufacturer or supplier running late which is out of our control. We do not cancel any pre-orders before the due date of fabric has ended and any cancellations within a month of the due date passing will incur a 25% termination and restocking fee.

AfterPay: Any order which has been paid for with AfterPay and is cancelled will be refunded less any AfterPay fees incurred by us. Depending on the circumstances a 25% termination and restocking fee may also apply.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind so please choose carefully. If an item received is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and send it back within 14 days. Please let us know if you would like to exchange or a refund and once the item has been received this will be arranged. You are responsible for the postage cost of returning the goods. Please make sure the items are packaged securely as they must be in their original unused, unwashed, uncut, etc condition to receive a refund or exchange.

All purchases and payments are final, please check out our refund and exchange policy. Frilled About Fabric takes no responsibility for actions to and from third party websites including PayPal. We are not liable for any loss incurred in relation to your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including without limitation indirect, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use or reliance on this website whether or not caused by a negligent act or omission.
